1. Services

SV Pro Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to interior detailing, exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, wheel and tire care, and full detailing packages. Services are performed at the customer’s provided vehicle location.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or receiving Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms in full.

3. Booking & Payment

All Services must be booked through our website, phone, or other authorized booking channels.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

We accept cash, debit, and credit card payments. A processing fee may apply to card transactions.

By booking, you authorize SV Pro Detailing to charge your selected payment method for the full service amount, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Appointment Changes & Cancellations

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24–48 hours’ notice, as outlined in your booking confirmation.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

SV Pro Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, safety concerns, or other operational reasons.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the vehicle

Remove all personal belongings prior to service

Ensure adequate space and access for mobile detailing equipment

Inform us of any pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical issues, or special handling instructions before service begins

6. Risk & Liability

All detailing services are performed at the customer’s risk.

SV Pro Detailing is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or mechanical issues

Damage resulting from vehicle condition, aftermarket modifications, or factors beyond our control

Loss or damage to personal belongings left in or on the vehicle

While reasonable care is taken, our liability for any service-related claim is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

7. Service Time Estimates

Service time estimates are approximate and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.

Completion times are not guaranteed.

8. Weather & Service Conditions

Services may proceed during light weather at our discretion. Severe weather conditions may require rescheduling to ensure quality and safety.

9. Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify SV Pro Detailing within a reasonable time after completion so we may attempt to address the concern.

10. Changes to Terms

SV Pro Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
